TIFFANY FINLEY

Tiffany has been a dedicated member of the surrogacy community since 2005. Over the years, she has served as a surrogate five times, working with a diverse range of intended parents, including international, domestic, traditional, and same-sex couples. For Tiffany, the most important aspect of any surrogacy journey is building a strong and fulfilling relationship between the intended parents and the gestational carrier. She believes that open and effective communication is key to creating a successful partnership, and she is committed to ensuring that both parties work together as a team to achieve their shared goal of creating a loving and happy family. She and her husband, Stef, been married for 29 years. Together, they enjoy spending quality time with their family and frequently visit their son in Alaska. They are also actively involved in volunteering their time and energy to make a positive impact in their community.
AMANDA SMITH
Partner/Consultant
Amanda has been a member of the surrogacy community since 2013, completing two successful surrogacy journeys. She has been married to her husband, Brian, since 2009 and is the mother of two teenagers. Beyond the world of surrogacy, Amanda enjoys ballroom dancing with her husband, reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time at the local ice rink, where both she and her daughter play hockey.

JESSICA SCHULZ

Jessica has been married to Wesley since 2002 and is a dedicated mother of five. As an experienced surrogate, she is deeply passionate about helping other families grow through surrogacy. Outside of her surrogacy work, Jessica enjoys a variety of hobbies including attending concerts, running, reading, listening to podcasts, and watching true crime documentaries. Her commitment to both her family and her surrogate work highlights her dedication to nurturing and supporting others.
MORGAN LOUVIER
Intake Coordinator
Morgan has been involved in the surrogacy community since 2012 and has worked in the industry for over 10 years. She is a five-time gestational carrier helping four different families. She has worked with international, domestic, traditional, and same-sex couples and has found so much joy in surrogacy. She and her husband Dane met two-stepping at the Broken Spoke and have been married for 15 years. They have two children ages 12 and 14 and enjoy scouting, traveling, and being a part of their community.
